Shipping & Return Policy
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Shipping artwork and art prints can be a very delicate matter and all precautions are taken with packaging and to ensure safe delivery. Every effort is made to keep the shipping as affordable as possible while keeping your prints safe in transit.
There are many shipping delays across the country and the globe because of Covid.

Production time is typically 1–7 business days. Post production, most paper orders ship within 2-4 business days. Canvas prints ship within 6-10 business days. Prints are packaged flat up to 11x14 in clear archival plastic bags on board in sturdy shipping mailers. Larger prints are shipped rolled in tissue and kraft paper and in a sturdy shipping art tube. If you order seven or more prints larger than 11 x 14, they can be shipped flat. Canvas prints are shipped in boxes. Stretched canvas only ships to US locations. Rolled canvas ships internationally.

We will email you an estimated delivery date. Your order will be fulfilled by the estimated delivery date set out in the email, unless there is an event outside our control. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date because of an event outside our control, we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date.

Delivery will be completed when we deliver the print(s) to the shipping address you gave us when ordering. The print(s) will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery.

You are responsible for inspecting the external packaging of the prints, upon receipt, and reporting any noticeable damage as required by the shipper.
Any items whose packaging is significantly damaged must be rejected by you, and returned to the shipper. You must immediately inform us of any delivery rejection in order that we can contact the shipper to resolve the situation.

Should any damage be discovered at the point of delivery, you must provide us with photographs of the specific areas of concern along with the entire package, with the shipping label showing, to assist in our ability to raise a suitable claim with the shipper.
Failure to inform us of any damage to the print(s) within 15 days of the shipper’s delivery receipt will mean you have confirmed your acceptance of your order in good condition.

RETURNS
Any print which has been damaged prior to delivery, where you have informed us within 15 days of the delivery attempt, will be replaced by us free of charge with a duplicate copy of the same print as ordered.

All orders that are delivered and accepted, or where we have not been informed of any shipping damage within 15 days of delivery, are deemed to have been accepted by you in good condition and will no longer be replaced by us for free. Such items, if returned, will be disposed of by us.
Any damage caused after successful delivery is the responsibility of the customer, and any replacements will be provided subject to payment of the current print price on the website.

Damage caused during framing or mounting on the part of the customer is the responsibility of the customer, and will be no refund for prints that have been damaged in this way.
